Users - Store Inventory options

Hi All,

Im a little confused about the store inventory options.

Is Immediately Fulfilled
Check Inventory
Reserve Inventory
Require Inventory

I get this when trying to place a test order.

Did not complete the order, the following occurred:The product
SOMEPRODUCTNAME with ID CHR115 is no longer in stock. Please try
reducing the quantity or removing the product from this order., Fatal
error calling reserveStoreInventory service:
org.ofbiz.service.GenericServiceException: Problems with the
transaction. (Exception while inserting the following entity:
