Users - please comment - gift certificates, calling cards, customer accounts

Hi everybody.

We will be implementing support in OFBiz for transactions using
FinAccounts, which could be gift certificates, calling cards, customer
account balances, and so forth.  Please take a look at this JIRA issue
and give us your feedback:
