Please be more specific... "unable to use" doesn't really mean a whole lot. Perhaps describing it in terms of the following would help you:
1. what did you expect to happen
2. what actually happened and how was it different from your expectations
Also, this sort of question should only be sent to the users mailing list (ie not the dev list) as it concerns use of OFBiz, not development of OFBiz.
