Thanks Jones,
Tell a Friend is a component/feature to send a mail to some one else about this particular  product.
 So i tried to send a mail to myself and i did not recive the mail.

Also, this sort of question should only be sent to the users mailing list (ie not the dev list) as it concerns use of OFBiz, not development of OFBiz.
