Well it's not *quite* working, as sendToRoles is not actually reaching
the end of the chain (storeEmailAsCommunication) but this may be due to
the way i'm calling it.
I'm (sendToRoles) at the beginning of the chain and i call
EmailServices.sendMail statically in the same module.

Probably also incorrect are the xml service definitions.

I should really choose whether or not the end of the chain is required
to be reached by the service parameters
