Users - How to Commit my code

Hi..
I am working on Customization of ofbiz
for my own ecommerce sites and i was able to fix few problems we have
with forums and also with the User Interface with IE etc.. I was also
able to fix my last problem of migrating from one Data Base to other
using the Webtools Import and Export from and to XML .......
If i want to add all these changes to ofbiz how can i do it... do i need to get registed ????????
Give me guidelines for this.
