We tried lists like this at one point, but it didn't work very well, the different topics were _way_ too confusing for people, especially those new to OFBiz...
Actually, even now I'm constantly surprised at how many people don't even understand the distinction between the users and dev lists, ie the difference between using OFBiz and developing OFBiz. Usually the confusion comes in because people are doing development when customizing OFBiz, so they think it should go on the dev list, but it shouldn't because it has nothing to do with the development of OFBiz itself.
