you probably have a svn merge conflict in the file:
C:/ofbiz7655/ofbiz/base/config/ofbiz-containers.xml

You can also do:
svn revert C:/ofbiz7655/ofbiz/base/config/ofbiz-containers.xml

the file in svn is correct....
