Users - why does the transaction rollback

Hi,
We are concentrating on the ecommerce module.
The transaction rollback when fetching the data from the backend.i.e. I get "active transaction marked for rollback in place, so no transaction begun; this stack trace shows when the exception began: "

This exception occurs all on a sudden when the items in the categories are being displayed one by one.

this is a very critical situation, so we need the help as early as possible.
