Hi David,
The first error I am getting in the log is "18547[  JavaMailContainer.java:190:ERROR] Unable to connect to mail store : imap://%5Buser%5D@[host]".
Is this going to create the following exception.

The next exception is the "active transaction marked for rollback in place, so no transaction begun; this stack trace shows when the exception began: "
