Users - The javascript chinese question of ofbiz3.1?

To all:

    At jsp use the follow:

      <script type="text/javascript" src="../scripts/checkbox_radio.js" ></script>

   if the javascript have chinese character,It  should prompt error.I already set coding GBK in jsp.
