Users - Logger not set : opentaps0.9.0

Hi,
I do email testing for opentaps0.9.0 with Apache James.
I am using the windows 2000 operating system and Mysql5.0 as backend.

I am getting the error : "Logger not set" and "Cannot find the declaration of element 'ofbiz-ser".

Could I please get tips in this.
