I guess your definition of the Seed data is wrong

RoomFacility fId="PLAIN" description="A plain room with minimal

> facilities"/>
>                <Room roomId="PLAIN" fId="F100" numberFree=5/>
</entity-engine-xml>


fId must have the same value.
