Like I said, I'm not in front of code right now. But,
I believe it is used in the ecommerce checkout to
determine who has the option of checking out to a
party group's billing account. It essentially finds
the customer who is in the relationship of "Agent" to
a part group and then searches for the billing
accounts where the party group is in the role of
BILL_TO_CUSTOMER. That might help you get on the
right track if you're in a hurry.
