Ofbiz in JBoss

I'm trying to cofigurre Ofbiz with JBoss AS. I have two options
1. Either configure JBoss inside Ofbiz by creating a template for JBoss - Not tried yet.
2. Configure Ofbiz inside JBoss using MBeans - This is recomented in lots of sites I visited.
Can anybody please tell me the step by step procedure of doing the 2nd step. And one more thing ,what is the pros and cons of the 2nd method.
