Limiting a party to one Internal organization

Hello,
I have created a party.  I want to give the party all the Account admin
permissions, but only for one INTERNAL_ORGANIZATION.
Say the party should be given Account Admin for 'Marketing Department'
internal organization.  The party cannot view or modify the accounting of
other internal organizations.

I am looking for an answer similar to roles in the Stores, where a party can
enter sales orders for a particular OFBiz store.
