I'm sorry have no time to look further.
But I can assure you that it's work fine. I use it without any problem at
all. There must be something wrong somewhere. Strange that only first line
is in french !

You may take a look at http://jira.undersunconsulting.com/browse/OFBIZ-356

You may also check your CommonEntityLabels_fr.properties files against svn ,
and send an ftl and/or xml file where you use StatusItem  (ie
...${statusItem.get("description",locale) ...) ?
