[OFBiz] Dev - ..another newbie question....

Where does the parameter get handled?  I’ve looked in controller.xml, PartyScreens.xml and PartyForms.xml….but I’m not seeing how OFBIZ knows to use the createPerson service when “create_new=Y”.  I can see where the form determines if the person map is null or not….but I don’t see where the “create_new=Y” parameter is used.
