Yes, I think it would be a good idea to start voting on this. If for  
no other reason it's VERY helpful for everyone working on OFBiz to  
have feedback from those who are using it and every one who is  
working on it. There aren't very many people that see each other face  
to face on a regular basis in the project, so this is really the main  
way we have to communicate... and voting can be a nice way to  
formalize and clarify some of that communication.

And of course as we get more into this Apache thing, voting will  
become much more common, and (hopefully...) at some point even  
necessary!
