<anchor> tag for screen widget. "anchor" is a tag for DocBook SGML in
general, but if you don't like, please just let us know and we'll close
it out.
http://jira.undersunconsulting.com/browse/OFBIZ-767: This is something
new we made for the buttons in form-widget, to prevent multiple clicks
from submitting the form over and over again. It uses the same
Javascript in ecommerce which disables the form button after it's been
clicked.
