Yeah, generally it's best to leave untranslated messages out. In
other words just add your message to the English file. All messages
should go into the English files as that is the fall-back (default)
if nothing more local is found. For the other languages it is
probably easier for people doing translating to use a property editor
tool that shows them missing messages than to read through other
languages and spot the English messages.
