With this we should be able to remove the jotm component. It will just take a little work to move certain JOTM-dependent classes from the entity component to the jotm component, and then move that to the specialized directory just in case anyone wants it at some point.
With the licensing on Minerva we can keep it as a separate open source project and just include the jar in "Apache OFBiz". My thoughts on this are to move minerva to the specialized folder as well to have a place to keep it, and we'll just have a pre-build minerva jar in the entity component or something.
That means we are pretty much there for removing LGPL and GPL dependencies and so if this is all working okay we can move the bulk of OFBiz to the Apache SVN servers.
When we do that we'll probably want to start using their Jira server too... This will probably mean going with an empty Jira project and creating new issue only there. I'll change the current Jira server (and I've checked to make sure this is possible) to not allow any new issues, but current issues can stay there until resolved, or until moved to the Apache Jira server.
