for this it will be better if you let google do it for you, just try  
something like this "ie css tricks" (w/o quotes) and you will  
probably get a lot of them... i mean this is the way i do when it get  
to this in my daily work, i have of course already many bookmarks,  
but this might be not of a help for the beginning...
