storeIncomingEmail - Header info

Unless i missed it, I don't see the header being included in the comm event.

if someone is putting this in let me know otherwise I will take a shot
at it.

I think making it an attachment would work.
have to add it as a mime-type as well.

the other approach is to add to the entity.
