decomposing marketing packages leave open production run and causes both debit and credit to same product

When you cancel a marketing package product item, the decompose service is automatically run.  However, there seems to be two problems:

1.  It seems that more production runs are created than used, and some are left open.  Note S210022 and S210025 in decompose-production-runs.

2.  In financials module, both debit and credit transactions have same productid.  Note the productIds on decompose-acctg-trans for work effort id's S210026 and S210023 (which were the work efforts that actually decomposed the marketing packages.)
