Hello all,

Hereby I include seed data for the spanish regions (ofbiz/framework/common/data/GeoData_ES.xml) as well as a patch of ofbiz/framework/common/ofbiz_component.xml to include them as seed data.

I am totally new to ofbiz contribution and to jira, but I guess this is the way to contribute??
