Can you describe what you were seeing with the bug you fixed in 479759?
The reason I ask is because I just spoke with a customer that had
managed to enter a credit card without specifying an address. Of course
this lead to other errors later in the checkout process. In trying to
updating the credit card address, I noticed the billing address was
listed but not selected, and no new address button was available.
