The Transactions navigation bar is missing in the Screen  Accounting / Transactions / Manual Electronic transactions.

The screen is : accounting/widget/PaymentScreens.xml#ManualTransaction
The decorator used is :
<decorator-screen name="main-decorator" location="${parameters.mainDecoratorLocation}">
But should be :
<decorator-screen name="GenericTransactionDecorator">

Moreover the tabButton field  is missing:
<set field="tabButtonItem" value="manualtransactiontab"/>
