want to create two new partyid's
DemoCatalogMaintainceManager->CATALOGADMIN
DemoCatalogMaintaincePerson->CATALOGVIEWALLOW
DemoCatalogPriceMaintainece->CATALOGPRICEMAINT

want to use this in the Documentation to show how to have specific
access for the documentation on Creating Configurable Products
Any objections.
