looks like there never was a find page.
to follow the standard model of landing on a find page one should be followed.
currently when you select Manufacturing rules from
https://demo-trunk.ofbiz.apache.org/manufacturing/control/FindBom
 you go to
https://demo-trunk.ofbiz.apache.org/manufacturing/control/AddProductManufacturingRule 
if you go directly to the link you get  a
