Migration of PartyRelationship

in looking at the Artifact for PartyRelationship, I see a some
Controller Views not in Partymgr. Could those all use the same
screen/form in the partymgr?
Scott mentiioned about breaking down the Controller.xml so I would like
to seperate the PartyRelationship into controller-PartyRelationship.xml
so it can be incluided in all the controllers.
Th objective is reduce duplication and make maintenance easier.
