Logs not generating on linux

Hi Sascha,

You introduced  log4j-over-slf4 at http://svn.apache.org/viewvc?view=revision&revision=1231647
It seems it conflicts with log4j.jar https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OFBIZ-4877
Is it mandatory? Could you have a look?

PS: I did not reproduce myself, IIRW it's related to a specific Linux version
