Steps to regenerate:
 * Navigate to: [https://demo-trunk.ofbiz.apache.org/ecomseo/]
 * Register a new customer
 * Navigate to the profile page of the customer and set the default shipping address
 * Try to set the default shipment method for the customer

Result: Radio button to select shipment method is not displayed. If the user click on set default link then the following error message is displayed: "You haven't the permission for the service setPartyProfileDefaults, reason : Security Error: you do not have permission to perform setPartyProfileDefaults for this party."
