Backup Gmail Email with Google Takeout
Firstly, log in to your Gmail account.
After that, click on the Profile image on the right side of the screen and click on the Manage your Google account option.

Now, tap the Data and privacy option from the navigation displayed on the left side of the screen.
Scroll the page to download or delete your data section. After that, click the download your data option under the download or delete your data section.
After that, you will find a Google takeout wizard with all checked options by default.
Here, click on the deselect all option and check the Mail option by scrolling the page.
Now, scroll the wizard to the footer point and click on the Next step button.

After that, choose the delivery method, frequency, file type size. Additionally, tap the Create export button.
Now, you will receive a download link to your Gmail inbox folder. (Note: It can take more time depending upon the size of your mailbox)
Finally, you have completed the process to backup your Gmail account.
