Steps to Manually Convert OLM to PST:
1. Export Data from Outlook for Mac (OLM):
Open Outlook for Mac.
Click on "File" in the menu bar.
Select "Export."
Choose "Outlook for Windows Data File."
Select the items you want to export (Mail, Contacts, Calendar, etc.).
Choose a location to save the exported OLM file.
2. Copy the OLM File to a Windows Computer:
Transfer the exported OLM file to a Windows computer using a suitable method (e.g., external drive, cloud storage, etc.).
3. Install and Configure Outlook for Windows:
If Outlook for Windows is not installed, download and install it on the Windows computer.
Open Outlook for Windows and configure it with a new profile or an existing one.
4. Import OLM File into Outlook for Windows:
In Outlook for Windows, go to "File" > "Open & Export" > "Import/Export."
Choose "Import from another program or file" and click "Next."
Select "Outlook Data File (.pst)" and click "Next."
Browse to the location of the OLM file and choose the items to import.
Choose the location in your Outlook profile to import the data (you can create a new folder for this purpose).
Complete the import process.
5. Export PST from Outlook for Windows:
In Outlook for Windows, go to "File" > "Open & Export" > "Import/Export."
Choose "Export to a file" and click "Next."
Select "Outlook Data File (.pst)" and click "Next."
Choose the items you want to export and select the folder to export.
Specify a location to save the PST file and complete the export process.
6. Copy PST File to Desired Location:
Transfer the exported PST file to the desired location, such as a network drive, external storage, or any location accessible on your target system.
7. Import PST into Outlook on Target System:
If the PST file is not already on the target system, copy it to the target system.
Open Outlook on the target system.
Go to "File" > "Open & Export" > "Import/Export."
Choose "Import from another program or file" and click "Next."
Select "Outlook Data File (.pst)" and click "Next."
Browse to the location of the PST file and complete the import process.
