Set Up IMAP Account in Lotus Notes:
Open Lotus Notes.
Go to "File" > "Preferences" > "User Preferences."
Under "Mail," click "I am online" and choose "Internet mail (IMAP)."
Enter the necessary IMAP settings.

Move Emails to IMAP Folders:
Create IMAP folders in Lotus Notes.
Move emails from your Lotus Notes folders to the corresponding IMAP folders.

Set Up IMAP Account in Outlook:
Open Outlook.
Go to "File" > "Add Account" and set up the same IMAP account.

Synchronize and Move Emails:
Synchronize the IMAP folders in Outlook.
Move the emails from the IMAP folders to the desired folders in your Outlook PST file.
