Exit Outlook:
Make sure Outlook is closed.
Rename or Delete the Existing OST File:
Locate the existing OST file (usually in the Outlook profile folder).
Rename or delete the OST file.
Recreate the OST File:
Open Outlook and let it automatically recreate a new OST file by synchronizing with the Exchange server or other mail servers.
Allow Synchronization:
Allow Outlook to complete the synchronization process. Depending on the mailbox size and connection speed, this may take some time.
