Buildbot getting moderated?

Hi David (or any other dev list moderators, are there any?)

The build failure emails from buildbot don't seem to be coming through  
to the dev list (although the first one did) and I just want to check  
that they aren't getting blocked on our end before raising the issue  
with infrastructure.
