want to hide product from eCommerce website, but want to use in POS.

Seems you want to hide particular product from online store.
I am also looking something like.
In my case i have two different stores. but no idea yet.

Just create separate catalogs for each of the stores -online as well as POS. Add the desired set of categories and products to these catalogs.

I found one more best way, may work, do not add any category to particular product.
