what is eecas.xml how to create it

 i understand usage of files entitymodel.xml and entitygroup.xml but don't understand what is the usage of eecas.xml file and what are the legal contents allowed for it.

i also don,t know how to define service and gui and how to deploy new application in hot-deploy


plzz  provide help.
