I have seen only 2 books available for Ofbiz @ amazon, which one explain little bit about the
functionality for all the components - like catalog managements, accounting , facility etc
1) Apache OFBiz Cookbook by Ruth Hoffman (Sep 7, 2010)
2) Apache OFBiz Development: The Beginner's Tutorial by Rupert Howell and Jonathon Wong (Oct 31, 2008)
