Access Control Issue ofbiz

I am new to ofbiz. I have ofbiz deployed in multi-tenant mode. In the subsidary company , I am creating an employee/user , But this user have access to all data from its parent and other subsidary company as per his/her security role assigned to it.
I need your help in setting up company in multi-tenant mode and then creating user in it so that they have access to the particular company in which user/employee is created.
