installing ofbiz in multi-tenant mode with tenant create command

I want to setup ofbiz in multi-tenant mode. I followed the provided documentation but this is for static demo tenant.My requirement is to create tenant automatically with new domain name.
I saw the r1643510 for multi-tenancy fixes.

I am completely new to ofbiz and started setting up. So can anybody help me in providing a complete document for installing ofbiz in multi-tenant mode from scratch so that i  can create new tenant with create tenant command.
