BIRT documentation

Michael Brohl-3
Hi Jacques,

I just wanted to have a look at the new flexible reports functionality.
Thanks for your efforts and documentation!

I stumbled upon a few things:

1. after installing the plugin, you cannot access the flexible reports
because there is (probably) some load data missing.

2. I checked the documentation to add a hint to load the data and found
that one of the links [1] in the README.MD is linked to a deleted resource.

Was this deleted intentionally? Unfortunately I cannot view it except
that i restore the page so I cannot see if the page is obsolete or
should be restored to add the data load hints.

During the Wiki restructure I will create some systematic new
documentation structure for Plugins and the flexible reports could be a
good first template plugin for it.

Hi Jacques,

I just created a Jira [1] for this. I guess we will need some similar
tasks for other plugins too so this could be the blueprint.

Thanks,
