Best Practices Guide migrated to Confluence

I've migrated the the old and glorious (one of the first OFBiz documents
I've studied when I've discovered this great project) "Best Practices
Guide" by David Jones:

to the Documentation site:

http://docs.ofbiz.org/display/OFBADMIN/Best+Practices+Guide

in this way it will have more chances to stay up-to-date; I've also
added a comment to it with some suggestions...

Let me know if it's ok and if I have to patch the web site to point to
this new link (and remove the old html page?).

Jacopo,

This is well worth keeping alive, it is a very good document.

Probably the single document that we have got the most from. If anyone
has yet to read it, then they should make it a priority!

Yes, I like the idea of moving this and all docs that are currently  
in the site directory to docs.ofbiz.org.

So, yes, please do move the links and such and feel free to do this  
with other documents too. Eventually just about everything on the  
Docs & Books page should be moved to docs.ofbiz.org.
