Cart empty after login

Hello All,
I'm seeing a problem in ofbiz where the cart empties instantly after login.
Has anyone else seen this?

since you can't reproduce this, on the demo server this must be
something to do with your copy of the software.
with out logs and steps you took, it is not possible to help.
also include the version of the trunk or version 4.0 you are using

If you login at any point in the purchase process, it clears the cart. It
appears to not want to sue the same session
