I think maybe he means the design of software by trying to talk to people on the street and overhear people chatting in random places. -David BJ Freeman wrote: > you mean that the browser show people with text ballons for help. > Great Idea. > LOL > > Jacques Le Roux sent the following on 9/2/2008 5:36 AM: >> Everything should look as simple as >> http://books.google.com/books?id=8UsqHohwwVYC&printsec=copyright&source=gbs_summary_r&cad=0#PPP1,M1 >> >> Jacques > |

As did I... In other words, no, I don't think it's a good idea at all to design software by street interviews (unless it is meant to be used by random people on the street and in the context of the street and such), nor did I seriously think that Google did that. Okay, that's probably obvious... have I explained enough to ruin the joke yet? ;) -David BJ Freeman wrote: > I meant it Tongue-in-cheek. > :D > David E. 0. I'ts a beta
1. Claims to be quick : true ! 2. Retrieve all FF3 parameters (like known login/pwd couples, etc.) : impressive ! 3. only Windows (XP/Vista) for now, Linux should be soon 4. But I will have to wait to use it since I use also 44 convenient extensions and 11 plugins in FF3 (which is really faster than FF2 BTW) Jacques From: "Jacques Le Roux" <[hidden email]> > Actually I was speaking about the cartoon ;p > > Jacques > > From: "David E.
