Courses against automatic thoughts

toxatyt
My internal dialogue has become my enemy. Automatic thoughts scream louder than logic. I tried to fight, to convince myself that everything is not so bad. But the truth is, I’m tired. I want to learn how to cope, but I can’t cope on my own. It seems like I really need help.

I am exhausted by automatic thoughts - those that turn on by themselves: "You will ruin everything", "Failed again". I did not know how to deal with them until I read an article on techtimes.com. It talked about courses on cognitive therapy - not lectures, but practice. I tried one of these courses. And you know, it became easier for me. I recommend it to those who constantly criticize themselves - these techniques teach you to notice and change your thoughts. At first it is strange, but then - as if you breathe deeper.

Automatic thoughts can imperceptibly affect our mood and behavior. There are methods aimed at their awareness and change. Some choose to work with a psychologist, others - independent courses. Gradually, you can learn to notice such thoughts and consciously manage them.
