Dev - ASF - New patch for the OFBiz Incubator Status page

Hi David W.,

attached you'll find a new patch for the OFBiz Incubator Status page:
I've added some extra information and links to relevant resources.
In this way the Status page can be used as a central point from where
everyone can find all the information available about the OFBiz incubation.

Could you please review it?

Looks good to me.  I committed it.  I wouldn't mind it if you didn't
zip those in the future unless they're really big...
