Dev - ASF - OFBiz is now in the Incubator web site

Hi all,

thanks to David Welton (one of our ASF mentors), OFBiz is now listed as
one of the incubating projects here:

http://incubator.apache.org/projects/index.html

There is also a 'STATUS' page here:

http://incubator.apache.org/projects/ofbiz.html

containing information about the status of the incubation process (tasks
to do, etc...).
